What fabrics are utilised in Sleepy Society's sleepwear?
Explore our sleepwear crafted from a variety of high-quality fabrics such as cotton, bamboo, and satin. Each material is thoughtfully blended with spandex, ensuring a touch of stretch for unparalleled comfort while you slumber.
  • Cotton: 95% cotton, 5% Spandex blend
  • Bamboo: 95% Bamboo, 5% Spandex for cosy nights
  • Satin: 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex for a touch of luxury

How to I care for for my sleepwear? 
Prior to wearing, it's essential to wash your sleepwear. For optimal care, we advise washing in cold water. If using a washing machine, we recommend utilising a wash bag and opting for a delicate cycle and washing with similar colours. After washing, promptly remove and air dry in the shade. Avoid soaking, bleaching, wringing, tumble drying, or dry cleaning. For ironing, cool iron on the reverse side, excluding any prints or embroidery.

What sizing do you stock?
Currently, our women's sizing spans from Extra Small (XS) to 2x Extra Large (2XL). The table below outlines the sizing in centimeters specifically for our satin and bamboo sleepwear. If you're uncertain about sizing, we recommend considering an upsize for a comfortable fit.

For infants we start 3-6 months for our Christmas ranges.
Kids sizes range between 2 sizes and go up to size 9-10 as the largest size. Our Christmas collection for kids start at size 1-2 and our bamboo collection at size 2-3.
For mens we have size XS - 2XL for our Christmas ranges.

Where do you ship to?

We proudly offer worldwide shipping! While Australia is our home base, we ensure delivery to all locations, including remote areas. Our shipping services extend globally, ensuring everyone can enjoy Sleepy Society's comfort, no matter where they are.

When can I expect to receive my order?

If you require personalised embroidery please allow an extra 5 business days on top of our standard shipping times.

Standard delivery: 1-8 business days 
Express delivery: 0-2 business days delays with courier 
New Zealand: 10-20 business days
International: this depends on the country, we will email you the tracking link once order is placed. If you have any specific questions you can email us. 

Who is your courier service?
Our courier service for standard shipping in Australia is Sendle or Australia Post. Our courier service for Express shipping is Australia Post Express. Our international courier is Australia Post International. All parcels have the authority to leave if there is a safe place at your house / building. If not, a note will be left in your letterbox and it will be delivered to a local place e.g newsagent for you to pick up. 

What is your shipping fee?

Standard shipping on orders in Australia is $9 AUD.
Express shipping on orders in Australia is $15 AUD.
Orders over $100 in Australia will receive free shipping.
For New Zealand, shipping is $20 AUD.
For all other international orders, shipping is from $30-40 AUD depending on weight.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We gladly accept clothing exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item hasn't been customised with embroidery. Reasons for exchange may include incorrect size or colour. Please ensure the item is unworn and unwashed, only tried on and in it's original condition. To initiate an exchange, kindly email us with the preferred new colour or size. Please note that return postage is at the customer's expense.

Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective items due to our error. We request you to inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and take necessary steps to resolve it for you.

Can you do bespoke logos? 
Yes!
